At this time of year, when the temperature changes are making us feel uncomfortable, the buckwheat fields in the surrounding area are beginning to bear fruit.
It seems the bees are now busily preparing to survive the winter. Before you know it, the purple saffron flowers on the grounds have all bloomed beautifully, and the tea flowers are in full bloom.
The bees are busy flying from flower to flower. This is the second harvest of autumn honey. This time, the honey is thick and chestnut-colored, with a sugar content of 78.
The taste is fruity and not too strong, with a gentle sweetness, making it easy to eat.

Japanese honeybees will fly up to 2-3km to visit their favorite flowers.
